Home Staging

Selling your home in a competitive market place can be stressful and our home staging services ensure that you are best placed to secure your potential buyers investment.

Home staging is an investment, but one that will offer you a return, homes that have been staged typically sell faster than non-staged homes, and often over the asking price.

Home Staging Consultation - How it works?

  • Choose if you want your home staging review in person, or you would like to choose our virtual home staging service.

  • We will research competition in your area / market place.

  • We conduct a review, virtually or in the home where we will review both the internals and externals of your property.

  • If you have selected our virtual home staging, we will also ask for photos.

  • We recommend the most cost effective way to ensure your home appeals to buyers or renters.

  • We present our recommendations to you.

  • This will include spatial planning, room presentations, mood enhancements and decluttering or organisation services.

  • Should there be any recommendations on purchases, these will be shared via an interactive recommended purchases list and items will be within your budget.

For landlords and property developers, please drop us a message to see how we can work together.

For property developers we can create specification packages for new builds and renovations to ensure your sales team are able to sell beautiful finishes and your home buyers are delighted with their finished home.

"Sorcha recently helped me get my home ready to sell, honestly, I wish I had tapped into her expertise before I had decided to move, the house looks great! She gave me interior design advice on how to appeal to more buyers and it has completely transformed the space. She recommended changing the layouts in a couple of rooms and it feels so much bigger and much more functional allowing it to appeal to a much wider group of buyers, the estate agent confirmed today that it will be snapped up."
