Virtual Room Design - How It Works
You can be reassured that as much care goes into a virtual room design as a full home design, its great for those that have the time and willingness to implement but that need help with narrowing down to a design and style that reflects your home, you, your life style and intended purpose, with so much choice available, we help you save time, avoid errors and style the room.

Questionnaire
To maximise the time we have together at the design brief, on booking your virtual room design you will receive a questionnaire which allows us to ensure we can complete some preparation work before our meeting.

Additionally, there will be a requirement to take the room measurements, depending on the details of the design, there may be some requirements to also take measurements of elevations, we will discuss this with you during your interior design consultation.
The Design Brief
This is a critical part of all projects, its key we understand your desires and needs; during this time together we will discuss your requirements and ambitions for the space as you would expect, but it also gives us an opportunity to get to know each other better, this helps us ensure every aspect of your virtual room design is carefully considered so we create a home design that is perfect for you.

We may also ask for additional photos of the space and any key items so that we can refer back to them as we develop the designs.
Concept Design
Following the design brief, we will craft a project concept that encompasses mood boards, meticulously curated colour palettes and thoughtfully designed layout plans. Our aim is to present you with a vision that is not only aligned with your desires but that also fills you with delight. Should there need to be any adjustments made we will work through those together to ensure we have a cohesive vision, the concept design is the foundation of the project and your happiness is our priority.

Develop
Following approval of the concept, we then get to work on pulling together the full interior design scheme and we will draw up the final designs for you.

Concept Presentation
We will present back the final interior design scheme, there is still an opportunity for you to make changes at this point, and two revisions are included, for some items we may offer a couple of alternatives that suit the overall scheme.
Handover
Following agreement of the final concept presentation, we will send you the presentations, installation documents, and we will highlight recommended lead times where applicable and your interactive recommended purchases.

Should any items go out of stock within four weeks of receiving our recommended purchases we will find replacements for you.
Ongoing Support
There is four weeks of ongoing support, during which, should any of your recommended purchases go out of stock, we will source a replacement for you.
Additionally, we know that for some projects may take a little longer so please be reassured that we are on hand to chat to your builder or you further down the line should you need us. Additionally, we love to see your progress and we would love to see the end result.
